1 Village of Waterford 2 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 3 September 11, 2023 4 Village Hall, 123 N River St. 5 6 Chair Jaskie called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. 7 Present: Chair Adam Jaskie, Don Houston, Troy McReynolds, Andy Ewert, Brian Lauer 8 9 Also present: Rachel Ladewig, Zeke Jackson, Michelle Vandehey, Tammy Pollnow, Rick 10 Huening, Kevin Mullen (via Teleconference) 11 12 Minutes: McReynolds motioned to approve the 8/14/23 Finance Committee Minutes, second by 13 Ewert. All aye. Motion carried. 14 15 New Business: 16 17 Kevin Mullen gave a brief overview of the Village of Waterford Hypothetical Financing Plans for 18 both 15 years and 20 years, showing what amount of capital projects could potentially be 19 financed. More review was necessary so no motion was made at this time. 20 21 Jackson briefed the Committee on the TID sections. Ewert motioned to recommend approval of 22 the TID sections with an amendment to TID 3 to include an additional 35K for the Cannon 23 Project. Second by Lauer. All aye. Motion carried. 24 25 Motion by Houston to adjourn at 5:54 pm, second by Ewert. All aye.
