VILLAGE OF WATERFORD Public Works & Utilities Committee Meeting Minutes Public Works Bldg. 801 Ela Ave November 20, 2023 Meeting was called to order by Chair Koeller at 4:00 pm. Present: Fred Koeller, Carl Oberhart, Cindy Mooney Others present: Mike Sponholtz, Rick Huening, Alysa Robbins Minutes: Motion by Oberhart to approve the 10-16-2023 minutes. Second by Mooney. All aye. Motion carried. Reviewed Special Event Permit Applications for Jingle for Janey and the Christmas Parade. No action needed. New Business: Motion by Koeller to table discussion on painting the bricks on the Main Street Bridge pending discussion with the State. Second by Oberhart. All Aye. Motion carried. Discussion about Park Place Townhouse Association’s missing ‘no through’ sign. Being the road is privately owned by the association they will need to purchase the replacement. No further action needed. Discussion on the Rochester impoundment tabled. Motion by Koeller recommend updated Engineering Work Order on the East Main Street Reconstruction Project to the Village Board for approval. Second by Oberhart. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Koeller to approve maintenance invoice from All-Pro to replace stacks on heaters at the Public Works Building. Second by Oberhart. All Aye. Motion carried.
