Call To Order And Roll Call R Mayor Mike Walters called the Watertown City Council Work Session to Order at 5:30 p.m. on May 27, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Councilmembers present: Mike Walters, Jim Kasheimer, Kay Thul, Fred McGuire and Deborah Everson D Councilmember(s) absent: None City staff present: City Administrator Dan Tolsma and Public Services Lead Mike Loehrs 2. New Business 2.I. Compost Site Discussion Materials Mike Loehrs presented information on the compost site. The compost site has had illegal dumping from contractors and residents which is costing the city money to have it removed. The council gave staff direction to research the cost of a gate, security camera system and a possible entry system. 3.
