VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING 500 West Main Street June 19, 2013 - 8:30 AM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Kevin Laffey called the meeting to order at 8:38 a.m. ROLL CALL Present: Al Dassow, Kevin Laffey, David Kennedy, Joe Zitzelsberger, Julee Helt, Tom Wilson Absent: Dan Statz, Robert Freimuth Also Present: PJ Monson, Dean Peters Motion by David Kennedy, second by Tom Wilson, to remove from the 2013 Assessment Roll the assessment for the real property for parcel 0809-094-4484-1 because the Department of Revenue would be assessing the parcel as manufacturing. Motion Passed. For: 6 - Al Dassow, Kevin Laffey, David Kennedy, Joe Zitzelsberger, Julee Helt, Tom Wilson, Against: 0, Absent: 2. Motion by Al Dassow, second by Tom Wilson, to remove from the 2013 Assessment Roll the assessment for the personal property for parcel 57-31677 because the Department of Revenue would be assessing the parcel as manufacturing. Motion Passed. For: 6 - Al Dassow, Kevin Laffey, David Kennedy, Joe Zitzelsberger, Julee Helt, Tom Wilson, Against: 0, Absent: 2. Motion by Tom Wilson, second by David Kennedy, to accept the revised 2013 personal property assessment for parcel 2013-1 for Spotlight Academy as recommended by the assessor. Motion Passed. For: 4 - Kevin Laffey, David Kennedy, Julee Helt, Tom Wilson, Against: 2 - Al Dassow, Joe Zitzelsberger, Absent: 2. PUBLIC COMMENT CORRESPONDENCE ADJOURN Motion by Tom Wilson, second by Al Dassow, to adjourn the 2013 Board of Review. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent: 2.
