CALL TO ORDER
Erin Moran called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.
ROLL CALL

1 Approve Minutes for the May 9, 2024 Create Waunakee Committee Meeting
Motion by Jess Pagel, second by Erin Chicoine to approve the minutes from the May
9, 2024 Create Waunakee Committee meeting.
For: 7, Against: 0, Absent: 2. Motion Passed.
PRESENTATIONS
1 Collaboration Proposal from Main Street Market Piggly Wiggly for Ladies
Night Events
Natasha presented to the group regarding “Grocery Getaways” collaboration with
Piggly Wiggly. After discussion, a motion was made.
Motion by Erin Chicoine, second by Kaitlin Walsh, to approve collaboration with
Piggly Wiggly for “Grocery Getaways” events in 2024.
For: 7, Against: 0, Absent: 2. Motion Passed.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1 Discuss Upcoming Events (August, September, October)
Updates given on pending events and activities. Discussion only, no action taken.
2 Update from Create Waunakee, Inc.
Natasha gave an update on Waunakee Artisan Market. Volunteer needs will be sent
out soon for this event.

Motion by Kaitlin Walsh, second by Elizabeth Teeter, to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 PM.
