CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of the Committee Chair, Todd Schmidt called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM.
ROLL CALL
Present: Natasha Lutes, Shannon Reed, Heather Calkins, Jess Pagel, Elizabeth Teeter
Absent: Erin Moran, Erin Chicoine, Silvia Guerin, Kaitlin Walsh
Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Kylie West, Jeff Skoug, Molly Petroff

1 Approve Minutes for the September 12, 2024
Motion by Jess Pagel, second by Natasha Lutes to approve the minutes for the
September 12, 2024 Create Waunakee Committee Meeting.
For: 5, Against: 0, Absent: 4. Motion passed.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1 Discuss Upcoming Events (October, November, December)
Discussion only, no action taken.
2 Update from Create Waunakee, Inc.
Updates given regarding staffing proposal for Create Waunakee, Inc., outcome of the
Waunakee Artisan Market and remaining 2024 Grocery Getaway events. Discussion
only, no action taken.
