WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT JOINT PLAN COMMISSION
A special meeting of the Waunakee Plan Commission & the Waunakee/Westport Joint Plan
Commission was held Monday, August 5, 2013, at the Waunakee Village Hall, 500 W. Main
Street, Waunakee, Wisconsin
WAUNAKEE PLAN COMMISSION CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Laubmeier called the Waunakee Plan Commission meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
Members Present: John Laubmeier, Steve Kraus, Pat McGowan, , Bill Pellino, Mark McGuire.
Members Absent: Gary Herzberg, Tom Liebe
Also Present: Kevin Even, Ed Freer
NEW BUSINESS & DISCUSSION / ACTION
DISCUSS & TAKE ACTION ON PROPOSED SIGNAGE FOR DEAN CLINIC AT 1300 CTH Q
Motion McGowan, second Pellino, to approve the signage. Motion carried. John strongly urged and
requested that the applicant add additional elements from the building to the sign, but this this would
not be a condition of approval.
ADJOURN
Motion McGowan, second Pellino, to adjourn the meeting at 5:18 p.m. Motion carried.

Mr. Sipsma called the Waunakee/Westport Joint Plan Commission meeting to order at 5:18 p.m.
Members Present: Ken Sipsma, John Van Dinter, Pat McGowan, Mark McGuire.
Members Absent: Dean Grosskopf, Tom Liebe.
Also Present: Kevin Even, Ed Freer

Discussion of base of sign. Would like to see improvements, but not required.
Motion McGowan, second Van Dinter, to approve the signage. Motion carried. . John requested that
the minutes reflect that the parkway has not been completed and that a condition of occupancy by Dean
was that the parkway was to be completed from Southbridge to CTH Q prior to Dean being allowed
occupancy of the building. Pat McGowan strongly urged and requested that the applicant add
additional elements from the building to the sign, but this this would not be a condition of approval.
