CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Chris Zellner, Sue Springman, Joe Zitzelsberger, Pat McGowan, Chris Thomas.
Absent: Tim Black, Brian Malich
Also Present: Kevin Even, Tracy Meinholz, Todd Schmidt, Nila Frye, Mike Mohr, Carrie
Arneson, Sam Kaufmann, Maria Patt, Mary Heimbecker, Linda Ashmore, Gerry Ashmore.
MINUTES
1 April 9, 2018
Motion McGowan, second Zitzelsberger, to approve the minutes from the April 9,
2018 Plan Commission meeting as presented. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
NEW BUSINESS
1 Discussion/Recommendation on Petition to Vacate Alley from Water Street to N.
Madison Street
Mr. Even gave an explanation of the process. Motion McGowan, second Springman,
to recommend approval of the petition to formally vacate the alley between Water
Street and N. Madison Street. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURN
Motion Springman, second Zitzelsberger, to adjourn the meeting at 5:37 p.m.

1 Discussion/Recommendation on Petition to Vacate Alley from Water Street to
N. Madison Street
ADJOURN
