Meeting Minutes
CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Frye called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present:
Nila Frye, Sam Kaufmann, Erin Moran, Ron Plumer, Brian Wallace, Max Ujdak, Mark
Snider
Absent: None
Also Present:
Bill Frederick
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Kaufman, second by Plumer, to approve the July 9, 2024, minutes as
presented. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Discuss and Take Action on Awarding of Low Bid for Site Remediation at Waunakee
Village Center, 333 S. Madison Street
The Village Received 2 bids on August 2nd. The lowest was from Integrity Grading and
Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $55,762.50. This along with the tipping fees at the
landfill site for disposal of the contaminated dirt of $33.65 per ton are the costs we expect
to see for clean up this site. Staff recommends approval.
Motion Plumer, second by Snider, to approve the low bid for the Remediation project from
Integrity Grading and Excavating, Inc. and forward it to the Village Board for final
approval. . Motion carried 7-0
ADJOURN
Motion by Moran, second Plumer, to adjourn the meeting at 5:39 p.m. Motion carried
unanimously.
