Main Street November 7, 2024, 5:30 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER Acting Chair Kaufmann called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Present: Sam Kaufmann, Erin Moran, Brian Wallace, Max Ujdak Absent: Nila Frye, Mark Snider, Ron Plumer Also Present: Bill Frederick, Aaron Jahncke APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Ujdak, second by Wallace, to approve the October 3, 2024, minutes as presented. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT: None BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Discuss and Take Action on a Stormwater Management Agreement for North Ridge Church, 1071 Uniek Dr. Staff is looking to have the maintenance agreement approved. The agreement presented is the standard maintenance agreement for all private storm water facilities. Usually when the Village receives these agreements, they are a part of development agreement and get approved by the Village Board. This is a standard agreement that provides the owner with items to maintain. This agreement also allows the Village to perform any maintenance that is neglected and charge the current property owner. Motion Moran, second by Ujdak, to recommend Village Board approval of the storm water maintenance agreement as presented.
