CALL TO ORDER
The November 12, 2012 special Village Board meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by
President John Laubmeier.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chris Zellner, Sue Springman, Steve Kraus, John Laubmeier
Absent: Phil Willems, Gary Herzberg, Gary Walden
Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Julee Helt, Kevin Even, Karla Knorr, Ellen Schaaf, Kent Straus,
Gerald Marsden, Lucy Reynolds, Geoff Vine, Roberta Baumann, Lynette Byrnes, Sydney
Hensen, Greg Hensen, Roger Endres, Sr., Kevin Reynolds, Ken Newhouse
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no comment from the public.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Discuss and Take Action on Main Street Pedestrian Crossing Improvements
Motion by Steve Kraus, second by Sue Springman, to approve as recommended by staff and
subject to review by the Waunakee Fire Department.
Motion Passed. For: 4, Against: 0.
ADJOURN
Motion by Chris Zellner, second by Steve Kraus, to adjourn at 7:13 p.m.
