VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE BOARD MEETING 500 West Main Street October 28, 2013 - 6:30 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER The October 28, 2013 special Village Board meeting was called to order by President Laubmeier at 6:30 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: Phil Willems, Gary Walden, Chris Zellner, Sue Springman, Gary Herzberg, Steve Kraus, John Laubmeier Absent: None Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Todd Carpenter, Mike Green PUBLIC COMMENT There was no comment from the public. OLD BUSINESS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Amendment to Terms of Development Agreement with Madison and Main LLC *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. Motion by Gary Herzberg, second by Gary Walden, to convene in closed session at 6:43 p.m. as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
