VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE BOARD MEETING 500 West Main Street July 24, 2014 - 4:00 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER The July 24, 2014 special Village Board meeting was called to order by Village President John Laubmeier at 4:02 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: Phil Willems, Gary Walden, Gary Herzberg, Steve Kraus, John Laubmeier Absent: Chris Zellner, Sue Springman Also Present: Julee Helt, Todd Schmidt, Kevin Even, Laurie Helt, Bella Karls, Sandy Taylor, Ellen Schaaf, Roberta Baumann PUBLIC COMMENT There was no comment from the public. Gary Herzberg arrived at 4:18 p.m. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Change Order for Main Street Construction Project Motion by Phil Willems, second by Steve Kraus, to authorize the Village Engineer to negotiate and approve change order related to roadway improvements best estimated at $150,000 to $200,000 and fund as outlined by Village Administrator in Option 1. Motion Passed. For: 5, Against: 0, Absent: 2. ADJOURN Motion by Phil Willems, second by Gary Herzberg, to adjourn at 4:19 p.m. Motion Passed. For: 5, Against: 0, Absent: 2.
