Public Comments – no public comment 2. Minutes review – committee approved meeting minutes 3. Pepsi Update and change in days schedule a. A. Zellner/J. Schmalz shared update on Pepsi and proposed change of drink sales from committee to vendors b. Proposal for Charlie’s to take over current Pepsi order and sales with volunteer help. Committee unanimously agreed. c. J. Hofeldt to follow up with vendors on change. d. E. Schaaf to cover ice pick up from Piggly Wiggly 4. Committee members attendance – committee confirmed member attendance for set up and day-of. 5. Hometown Heroes Recognition/ Military updates/Parachute updates a. Committee reviewed updated timeline for day of events schedule 6. Volunteers sign up a. Currently at 60% sign up b. Committee reviewed current openings and discussed placement of members for roles 7. Budget/Expense Update (Chris) a. Committee reviewed current budget and expenses. Currently in good standing. b. C. Zellner to follow up with unpaid sponsors. 8. Endres Manufacturing Grant, Waunakee Community Foundation Grant application a. Did not receive 2025 9. Miscellaneous Committee member task updates a. Waunakee Soccer plans to volunteer at future events b. A. Zellner reported additional bus added at end of night c. A. Schmalz working on permitting for Cirque Du Cham d. C. Morehart confirmed grass available for Waunakee Rental delivery e. E. Schaaf confirmed 3 ATMs. To follow up if need to be covered. 10. Police, Fire, Public Works, EMS, Updates a. C. Morehart to follow up with Chief Kreitzman on Safety Meeting  b. Committee to ensure each department has a radio 11. Food Cart updates a. J. Hofeldt to follow up with vendors on beverage change. 12. Final setup instructions and committee responsibilities a. Committee reviewed timeline for vendor deliveries 13. Parking updates a. C. Zellner shared parking updates from PD, one side parking on Raymond/Fifth 14. Adjourn – 8:26pm
