APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-043 May 20, 2015 Architectural Review Board Minutes Ms. Zimmerman made a motioned to approve the May 20, 2015 minutes, seconded by Mr. Camerlinck. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. Ayes: 5- Chair Kimberly Sundook Vice Chair Robert Camerlinck Ron Shamash Damon Robling Tara Zimmerman Excused: 1- Frank Pennea III. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON Mr. Shamash made a motion to nominate current chairperson, Ms. Sundook, as the 2015/2016 Chairperson, seconded by Ms. Zimmerman. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. Ms. Zimmerman made a motion to nominate the current Vice Chairperson, Mr. Camerlinck, as the 2015/2016 Vice Chairperson, seconded by Mr. Shamash. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VI. OLD BUSINESS ARB-041 Wellington Community Center Elevations Mr. Douglass, Song and Associates, provided a PowerPoint presentation of the proposed revisions to the previously approved elevations and the modifications to screen the rooftop mechanical equipment. A motion was made by Mr. Shamash, seconded by Mr. Camerlinck, approved (5-0) to approve ARB 15-041 Wellington Community Center Revised Elevations as shown in the PowerPoint and the site plan with camera views. The ARB added two conditions to incorporate the larger lighting fixtures/sconces as previously approved and all roof mounted mechanical equipment must be completely screened from view on all sides of the building.
