ARB-044 Approval of the June 4, 2015 Architectural Review Board Minutes Ms. Zimmerman motioned to approve the June 4, 2015 minutes, seconded by Mr. Pennea. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VI. NEW BUSINESS A. ARB-048 Bealls Outlet Signage with Technical Deviations Mr. Scott, Radiant Signs, stated the two lines of copy is the Bealls trademark logo. Mr. Shamash did not like the one line of copy that was recommended by staff. Ms. Sundook felt they should not recommend anything larger than what was approved for Ace Hardware. A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Ms. Zimmerman, approved (4-1) to approve ARB 15-008 Bealls Outlet Signage with the maximum sign height of 44 inches for “Bealls”, maximum height of 17 inches for “Outlet”, and a maximum height for the two lines of copy at 64 inches. Ms. Sundook dissented. Excused 1 - Vice Chair Robert G. Camerlinck B. ARB-046 Bink’s Pointe (F.K.A. Residences at Bink’s Forest Golf Club) Jennifer Vail, Agent, provided a presentation on the proposed elevations. The board was concerned with the architectural detail on the side and rear of the residential buildings and the recreational buildings, the use of different garage doors, and the color option "E - Restriained Gold". A motion was made by Mr. Shamash, seconded by Tara Zimmerman, approved (5-0) to approve ARB 15-007 with staff recommendations and with the conditions to provide more architectural details on the rear and side of the residential buildings and on the clubhouse; to allow either one sign in the median or two signs on each side of the entrance; to replace color “E – Restrained Gold” with a color that is more compatible with the proposed color palette; all architectural changes will require staff approval. VII. PRESENTATIONS A. ARB-047 Movie Theatre at the Wellington Green Mall Mr. Koys, Starwood Retail Partners, provided a presentation and overview of Village of Wellington Page 1 Architectural Review Board Action Summary July 15, 2015 the proposed elevations for the Movie Theater at the Wellington Green Mall. A formal presentation will be scheduled for the August 2015 ARB meeting. VIII. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC IX. COMMENTS FROM STAFF Mr. Flinchum informed the Board that Mr. Camerlinck had to resign as he no longer is a Wellington resident. X.
