Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:19 pm. Jane Cleveland, Dr. Sergio Guerreiro, Doug Hundt, and Dr. Rachel Eidelman were present. Dr. Kristy Lund and Carol Cohen arrived late. Robert Bushey was excused. Staff present: Robert Basehart, Michael O'Dell, David Flinchum, J. Higbee, and Ryan Harding. II. Additions/Deletions/Reordering of the Agenda III. EPC-132 Approval of the August 3, 2016 Equestrian Preserve Committee Minutes Dr. Sergio Guerreiro made a motion to approve the August 3, 2016 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. Doug Hundt seconded the motion and it passed unanimoulsy (4-0). IV. Discussion Item - Venue Operators Joan Hutchinson from Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation discussed the Jim Brandon Equestrian Center, its trails, arenas and facilities. Noreen O' Sullivan discussed Wellington Classic Dressage. Michael Stone, President of Equestrian Sport Productions, discussed International Polo Club, Equestrian Village, and Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. V. Workshop - EOZD Use Matrix Planning and Zoning Manager, David Flinchum, went over the Equestrian Overlay Zoning District Use Matrix. He noted he would continue to meet with the Equestrian Preserve Committee as he continues to work on the Land Development Regulations rewrite. VI. Staff Comments There were no staff comments. VII.
