II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Ms. Kastner made a motion to approve the agenda as presented and Mr. Nebb gave the second. The agenda was approved as presented. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Nebb made a motion to approve the minutes and Ms. Schwartz gave the second. The minutes were approved unanimously. SAC15-032 Approve Minutes from 10-13-16 IV. PRESENTATION SAC15-033 Education Committee Presentation The guest speaker was not able to attend. SAC15-034 Staff Updates Meridith Tuckwood gave a brief presentation on upcoming programs and events. She explained the Prime Time News senior newsletter had gone out in the mail. She also mentioned that the upcoming Good For Your seminar has been cancelled. The next one will be in December. Senior Symposiums will be addressing safety and security on November 29th. Ms. Tuckwood also talked about the annual food drive and encouraged those in attendance to donate. She also updated on the senior transportation program. V. OLD BUSINESS Mr. Trager asked if the meetings could be televised at certain times. Mr. DeLaney explained that all board meetings are online so they can be watched at any time and dvd's can be requested for those without internet. Mr. Trager encouraged all members to be prepared to discuss volunteer opportunities at the January meeting. VI. NEW BUSINESS VII. PUBLIC COMMENTS Estelle Rubin thanked Meridith because she was able to get help putting up shutters for the hurricane and encouraged everyone to help Meridith. Mr. Trager said he has spoken to the club to arrange for invitations for the November 16th meeting. Mr. Trager mentioned the next meeting will be January 12th. IX. CLOSING COMMENTS X.
