Call to Order/Pleadge of Allegiance Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:19 pm. Jane Cleveland, Dr. Sergio Guerreiro, Doug Hundt, Dr. Rachel Eidelman, Robert Bushey, and Carol Cohen were present. Dr. Kristy Lund arrived late. Staff present: Robert Basehart, Michael O'Dell, J. Higbee, and Ryan Harding. II. Approval of the December 7, 2016 Equestrian Preserve Committee Meeting Agenda III. Workshop A. EPC-133 Venues Discussion The venues discussion was postponed for a later date. B. EPC-134 Level of Service and Traffic Performance Andrea Troutman of Pinder Troutman Consulting, Inc. discussed levels of service for traffic performance as they relate to the Equestrian Overlay Zoning District and Equestrian Plan of Action. C. EPC-136 Equestrian Plan of Action Discussion - Infrastructure Robert Basehart and Michael O'Dell discussed infrastructure items related to the Equestrian Plan of Action including bridle trails, roadways, golf carts, broadband, and an equestrian overpass. IV. Staff Comments There were no staff comments. V. Board Comments Chair Cleveland advised the committee there may be a need for a second January meeting depending on how many items are confirmed for the first. VI.
