PSC-070 NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH GROUPS - JOHN SCHWINER At the January 25th meeting of the Public Safety Committee, members discussed becoming liaisons to the various neighborhood watch groups in Wellington. As a follow up to that discussion, John Schwiner, Greenview Shores I Neighborhood Watch Captain is in attendance to address the Committee. B. PSC-069 GOLF CARTS Attachments: Florida Statute 316.212 Golf Carts At the January 25th meeting of the Public Safety Committee, members discussed concerns related to the illegal use of golf carts in the community.
