Board members absent: Sally Schwartz, Mary Kastner and Jose Soto. Staff present: Paulette Edwards, Meridith Tuckman and Geneeka Morris II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Ms. McCue made a motion to postpone the meeting until the next month or a date in the future since Mr. Trager was not feeling well. The members of the Committee voiced their approval of Ms. McCue’s motion to postpone the meeting. Ms. Edwards announced that, with the approval of the motion to the defer the meeting, since Mr. Trager was not feeling well, it would affect the Committee not having a quorum. Ms. Edwards then called the roll: Howard Trager, Sharon Lascola, Veronica McCue and Sam Nebb indicated that they were present. She reiterated that they would defer the entire agenda to the next Senior Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for August. Mr. Trager informed Mrs. Edwards that, in addition to their meeting in August, the Senior Advisory Committee also had a joint meeting scheduled with the Education Committee at that time as well. Mrs. Edwards confirmed that a joint meeting with the Education Committee is scheduled, and that she would confirm the date with Ms. Hayden, Chair of the Education Committee.
