NEW BUSINESS  Organizational Appointments – Utility Committee (Chair) Rowland, Bughman, Hartman Public Works Committee (Chair) Dronsfield, Bughman, Bogan Police Committee (Chair) Wells, Hartman, Dronsfield Finance Committee (Chair) Hartman, Wells, Rowland Ordinance Committee (Chair) Bughman, Bogan, Wells Personnel Committee (Chair) Bogan, Rowland, Dronsfield Motion by Hartman, 2nd by Wells to ratify Mayor Schneider’s committee appointments. Roll call vote was taken with all members present voting “yes”. Mayor Schneider opened the floor for Council President nominations. Motion by Dronsfield, 2nd by Wells to nominate Gene Hartman as Council President. Roll call vote was taken with all members present voting “yes”. Mayor Schneider closed the floor for nominations. Mr. Hartman thanked his colleagues for having faith in him, and putting him into the position once again. Mayor Schneider made the following recommendations for board appointments: Planning Helen Dronsfield, term ending 12/31/2021 Cemetery Helen Dronsfield alt Mark Bughman Community Improvement Corp. Keith Rowland Main Street Wellington Mark Bughman alt Guy Wells Ambulance Board Gene Hartman alt Keith Rowland Fire Board Gene Hartman alt Mark Bughman  Zoning Inspector Gerald Fishbaugh VPODB Hans Schneider, Vanya Pfeiffer, Robert (Volunteer Police Officer Dependent Bd.) Aviles, Adam Smosney Motion by Hartman, 2nd by Bughman to ratify Mayor Schneider’s appointments. Roll call vote was taken with all members voting “yes”. 4.
