SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bell at 6:15 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 8- Barczak, Czaplewski, Dobrowski, Lajsic, Narlock, Reinke, Sengstock, and Weigel
Excused 2- Kopplin, and Vitale
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ald. Barczak.
C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
LICENSE & HEALTH COMMITTEE
1. 2005-0389 2004-2005 Special Class B Beer and Wine License application.
License appl. no. 38 granted.
A motion was made by Ald. Sengstock, seconded by Ald. Narlock, that this matter be Approved.
The motion carried.
D. ADJOURNMENT
to adjourn at 6:20 p.m., with the next regularly scheduled meeting to be held on June 7, 2005,
at 7:00 p.m
A motion was made by Ald. Narlock, seconded by Ald. Lajsic, to adjourn at 6:20 p.m., with the
next regularly scheduled meeting to be held on June 7, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. The motion carried.

It is the policy of the City of West Allis to provide language access services to populations of persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
who are eligible to be served or likely to be directly affected by our programs. Such services will be focused on providing meaningful access to our
programs, services and/or benefits.
