CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 4:01 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 7- Mayor Dan Devine, Ms. Sarah Fonaas, Mr. Devan Gracyalny, Ms. Barbara Hart, Mr. Ray Nazer, Mr. John Noll, and Ms. Patricia Wolfe C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 19-0484 July 10, 2019 (draft) Minutes Attachments: 7-10-19 (draft) Minutes A motion was made by Mr. Gracyalny, seconded by Mr. Nazer, that the minutes of the July 10, 2019 meeting be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Mayor Devine, Ms. Fonaas, Mr. Gracyalny, Ms. Hart, Mr. Nazer, Mr. Noll, and Ms. Wolfe No: 0 D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2. 19-0485 Financial Report - Devan Gracyalny, Vice Chair/Treasurer Mr. Gracyalny reported that as of August 14, 2019, the balance on hand is $5,639.27. A motion was made by Ms. Hart, seconded by Mr. Nazer, that the Financial Report be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Mayor Devine, Ms. Fonaas, Mr. Gracyalny, Ms. Hart, Mr. Nazer, Mr. Noll, and Ms. Wolfe No: 0 E. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 3. 19-0486 Report from the West Allis Historical Society Mr. Gracyalny reported that the Grohmann Museum, located on the campus of MSOE in downtown Milwaukee, will display West Allis Historical Society items September 6 through December 22, 2019. One of the items on display will be the WI Motors engine. 4. 19-0487 Status Reports - Historical Commission Projects and Activities A. Log Schoolhouse A work order will be submitted to paint the sills, frames, shutters and frame of the door as well as the door itself. Seneca Station It was decided to wait with the cleaning of the Seneca Station windows, until after the construction in the area is completed. C. Social Media Updates Nothing to report. 5. 19-0488 Review of Buildings set for Demolition Mr. Mueller discussed the buildings that are set for demolition and answered questions from committee members. F. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Mr. Gracyalny, seconded by Mr. Nazer, to adjourn the meeting at 4:24 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Mayor Devine, Ms. Fonaas, Mr. Gracyalny, Ms. Hart, Mr. Nazer, Mr. Noll, and Ms. Wolfe No: 0 All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
