CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine, Chair at 4:04 p.m. B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 20-0083 January 8, 2020 (draft) Minutes Attachments: 1-8-20 Minutes A motion was made by Hart, seconded by Nazer, that the minutes of the January 8, 2020 meeting be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Mayor Devine, Gracyalny, Hart, Nazer, Noll, and Wolfe No: 0 D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2. 20-0084 Consideration relative to the Financial Report for the period ending 2/11/20 presented by Devan Gracyalny, Vice Chair/Treasurer Mr. Gracyalny reported that as of February 11, 2020, the balance on hand is $5,938.23. A motion was made by Hart, seconded by Wolfe, that the Financial Report be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Mayor Devine, Gracyalny, Hart, Nazer, Noll, and Wolfe No: 0 E. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 3. 20-0085 Report from the West Allis Historical Society Wonder Women of West Allis is the theme for 2020. Celebrating women in all walks of life. Franklin School had their 4th & 5th grade classes visit the Historical Society. Log Schoolhouse Devan Gracyalny reported that he has not applied Cab Fresh as of yet because of the Franklin School visit. Ray Nazer is going to re-apply treatment to the furnace. B. Seneca Station Nothing to report. C. Social Media Updates Nothing to report. 5. 20-0087 Update on the local historical landmark status and permanent mounting of the May Eliza Wright Sewall plaque at approximately S. 99 - S. 100 St. and W. Greenfield Ave. On May 27, 2020, the May Eliza Wright Sewall plaque will be mounted. Prior to the next meeing, approvals are needed from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT) as well as coordination with Mike Rushmer, City Forester. F. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Mr. Gracyalny, seconded by Mr. Noll to adjourn the meeting at 4:40 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
