REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 4:00 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 5- Mayor Dan Devine, Barbara Hart, Sarah Fonaas, Ray Nazer, and John Noll
Excused 2- Devan Gracyalny, and Patricia Wolfe

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 21-0367 August 11, 2021 (draft) Minutes
Attachments: 8-11-21 Minutes
A motion was made by Mr. Nazer, seconded by Ms. Hart, that the minutes of the
August 11, 2021 meeting be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Mayor Devine, Hart, Fonaas, Nazer, and Noll

D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
2. 21-0368 Consideration relative to the Financial Report for the period ending 9/7/21
presented by Devan Gracyalny, Vice Chair/Treasurer
Mr. Mueller reported that the current balance on hand is $6,268.79.
A motion was made by Ms. Hart, seconded by Mr. Noll, that the Financial Report
be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Mayor Devine, Hart, Fonaas, Nazer, and Noll
No: 0
E. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION
3. 21-0371 Report from the West Allis Historical Society
Ms. Hart reported that the Traveling Beer Garden will take place this Friday, September
10th.

4. 21-0369 Status Reports - Historical Commission Projects and Activities
A. Log Schoolhouse
Ms. Hart reported that she is still waiting for the holes in the roof to be repaired. A follow
up with Public Works will need to be addressed.
B. Seneca Station
It was reported by the committee that the Seneca Station needs a good clean up.
C. Social Media Update
There was nothing new to report.
5. 21-0370 Discussion regarding the design and contracting for the new doors on the
Historical Society building, funded through Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) funds
There was nothing new to report.
6. 21-0372 Discussion regarding restarting the Log Schoolhouse Field Trips for the
West Allis-West Milwaukee School District for the 2022 school year
Shaun Mueller advised that this matter will be removed from the agenda.
7. 21-0373 Discussion regarding the Honey Creek Cemetery
There was nothing new to report.
F. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ms. Hart, seconded by Ray Nazer to adjourn the meeting
at 4:23 p.m. This matter was approved. The motion carried by the following
vote:
