REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Gracyalny at 4:05 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 4- Barbara Hart, Devan Gracyalny, Ray Nazer, and Patricia Wolfe
Excused 2- Mayor Dan Devine, and John Noll

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 21-0617 November 10, 2021 (draft) Minutes

Hart moved, seconded by Nazer to Approved this matter, motion carried.
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
2. 21-0616 Consideration relative to the Financial Report for the period ending 12/7/21
presented by Devan Gracyalny, Vice Chair/Treasurer
Mr. Gracyalny reported that the current balance on hand is $6,344.79.
Ald. Hart moved, Ald.Wolfe seconded that this matter was Approved., motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Hart, Gracyalny, Nazer, and Wolfe
No: 0
E. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION
3. 21-0618 Report from the West Allis Historical Society
The Christmas Open House was held the Sunday after the City of West Allis Christmas
Parade and was well attended.
Front and rear door projects are making good progress.
4. 21-0619 Status Reports - Historical Commission Projects and Activities
A. Log Schoolhouse
Mr. Mueller reported that the Log Schoolhouse still needs to be winterized, currently there

are issues with the furnace. Public Works is getting estimates for potential repair.
B. Seneca Station
Christmas lights and wreath are on and the building looks very nice.
C. Social Media Updates
Nothing to Report
5. 21-0620 Discussion regarding replacing the Allis Chalmers Historic Information
Sign which is located on the northeast corner of S. 70 St. and W.
Greenfield Ave.
A work order needs to be entered to remove the old sign.
Installing a replacement sign would be a nice May Historic Preservation activity.
6. 21-0621 Discussion regarding the Honey Creek Cemetery
A meeting with the Community Improvement Foundation to determine if they would
sponsor the cemetery at the next Gala is being considered.
7. 21-0622 Discussion status of new doors on the historical society building
Mr. Gracyalny reported that these items have been received and corrected.
F. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ms. Hart, seconded by Mr. Noll to adjourn the meeting at
4:19 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:
