Roadt, and Tracy Stefanski Tuesday, May 5, 2020 8:00 PM City of West Allis YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/user/westalliscitychannel RECESS MEETING The City of West Allis held the License & Health Committee recess meeting virtually to help protect our community from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. A. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Vitale at 8:00 p.m. Others present: Kail Decker, City Attorney, Ald, Weigel, and Rebecca Grill, City Administrator/Clerk. Present 5- Vitale, Grisham, Reinke, Roadt, and Stefanski B. ROLL CALL C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 16. O-2020-0014 Ordinance to Amend Sections 9.02(21)(a) and (b) of the West Allis Municipal Code Relating to Reduction of Fees for Class B Alcohol Licenses Sponsors: Alderperson Vitale Attachments: O-2020-0014 signed A motion was made by Reinke, seconded by Roadt, that this matter was Recommended For Passage As Amended with a 50% fee reduction. The motion carried unanimously. Aye: 5- Vitale, Grisham, Reinke, Roadt, and Stefanski No: 0 17. O-2020-0015 Ordinance to Amend Sections 9.02(21)(a), (b), and (h) of the West Allis Municipal Code Relating to Reduction of Fees for Class B Alcohol Licenses and Operator’s Licenses Sponsors: Alderperson Vitale A motion was made by Reinke, seconded by Grisham, that this matter be Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried unanimously. 18. 2020-0227 License applications Operator’s (bartender/sales clerk) License applications 2019-2021: Chambliss, Jr., William H. DePons, Brian G. Sullivan, Kathleen A. A motion was made by Stefanski, seconded by Grisham, that this matter be Recommended For Approval. The motion carried unanimously.
