RECESS MEETING
The City of West Allis held the License & Health Committee recess meeting virtually to
help protect our community from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Vitale at 8:00 p.m.
Others present: Kail Decker, City Attorney, Ald, Weigel, and Rebecca Grill, City
Administrator/Clerk.

16. O-2020-0014 Ordinance to Amend Sections 9.02(21)(a) and (b) of the West Allis Municipal Code
Relating to Reduction of Fees for Class B Alcohol Licenses

A motion was made by Reinke, seconded by Roadt, that this matter was Recommended For
Passage As Amended with a 50% fee reduction. The motion carried unanimously.
