CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 11. 2015-0326 Communication from Murphy Desmond Lawyers S.C. regarding Sewer Lateral Replacement Program. Attachments: Murphy Desmond Lawyers communication A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 23. R-2015-0131 Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to enter into a lease with American Tower for a portion of Klentz Park for installation of a communication tower. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: R-2015-0131 Lease Agreement A motion was made by Ald. Czaplewski, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended for Denial. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 24. R-2015-0133 Resolution to approve bid of A.W. Oakes & Son, Inc. for removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer relay, storm underdrain and utility adjustments in various alleys in the City of West Allis, in the amount of $762,806.00. Roadt No: 0 25. 2015-0362 Office of the Commissioner of Railroads Final Decision relative to the complaint of the City of West Allis for the repair of the public crossing of the Union Pacific Railroad Co. tracks with STH 59 (W. Greenfield Avenue). Attachments: Commissioner of Railroads Final Decision A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File.
