CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 19. R-2015-0231 Resolution accepting work of Vinton Construction Company for the installation of sanitary sewer relay and sanitary sewer spot relay in various locations within the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2013 Project No. 17. Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 20. R-2015-0232 Resolution to approve the West Allis Water Utility December 1st, 2015 Simplified Rate Adjustment Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: Resolution Rate Attachment A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Weigel, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Roadt No: 0 21. R-2015-0235 Resolution Calling on Governor Walker and the Wisconsin State Legislature to Pass Legislation to End Adverse Possession Claims Against Public Lands. Rogers St. from S. 92 St. to east of S. 89 St. and portions of intersecting streets by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous walk, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments. Sponsors: Public Works Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 23. R-2015-0234 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by concrete reconstruction with miscellaneous walk, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in S. 89 St. from W. National Ave. to W. Lincoln Ave., W. Rogers St. from S. 92 St. to east of S. 89 St. and portions of intersecting streets and levying special assessments against benefited properties.
