proposed assessments for improvement of W. National Avenue from S. 70 Street to
S. 76 Street and W. Lapham Street from S. 56 Street to S. 60 Street and portions of
intersecting streets by concrete reconstruction, new driveway approaches, new
concrete sidewalk, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building
services and utility adjustments.
