To allow for the internal use of the property located at 4043 Irene St (Locust Grove) to provide psychiatric treatment and crisis support for mental health issues to seniors. 2. Conditional Use application from Mon Valley Boys Academy (a Private School) to reopen the former St. Agnes School building at 635 St. Agnes Lane to provide educational services to high school age boys. 3. Conditional Use application from Pittsburgh SMSA Limited Partnership dba Verizon Wireless to allow for the construction of a 125’ telecommunication monopole at 507 Dennison Dr. (Winklevoss Field). This project will enhance cell phone coverage in this area of the Borough. 4. Chicken Ordinance Reviewed by the Planning Commission. 5. Review of proposed paving. 6.
