Clerk. 8.2 Approve Class B Beer and Liquor license for the Jig, LLC, 3115 Camp Phillips Road. 8.3 Approve Reimbursement of Class B Beer and Liquor license fee for Iozzo’s Italian Restaurant. 8.4 Approve Mobile Food Vendor License and waiver of license fee for Jay’s Ride. Finance. 8.5 Approve Village Vouchers from 08/17/17 to 09/13/17. 8.6 Approve a contract with Ehler’s to provide continuing disclosure services for the Village’s debt. Public Works. 8.7 Acknowledge the Department of Public Works is ceasing the policy of routinely allowing utility operators and the “snow boss” to use a Village vehicle when serving in stand-by roles. 8.8 Acknowledge reorganization and scheduling changes to the Public Works Department. 8.9 Approve the recommendation of the Director to modify Section 7.08 “On-Call-Pay/Stand-by Duty” of the Policies and Procedures Handbook to increase the compensation for stand-by duty pay in the Utilities to $300 per week and Streets division to $150 per week. NEW BUSINESS. 9.1 Marathon County Uniform Addressing Project – Should the Board of Trustees schedule a vote to reconsider further participation in the project at its October meeting? Craig McEwen, with Marathon County, said the Public Safety Committee discussed the projects costs. This item will be on the County board agenda for discussion tomorrow. Dave Mack, with Marathon County Planning and Zoning, explained what the costs will cover for the project. He said the goal is to eliminate some of the address grids and to make the county safer. They are hoping others will came aboard later. Ermeling asked if Rothschild was participating. Craig McEwen said no. It was also indicated Rib Mountain will be participating. Motion by Ostrowski, second by Ziegler to schedule and consider this item at the October Board of Trustees meeting. Motion by Berger, second by Ostrowski to approve Ordinance No. 17- 033. Q/ Higgins explained the proposed ordinance. REMARKS FROM ADMINISTRATOR. Guild asked the Trustees if they had questions for him. Zeyghami asked if Advanced Disposal was contacted about covering their trucks.
