Administrator Donner said there was a recent meeting with Gayle Marshall regarding some of her TIF questions she had at the last meeting. The meeting went well. Attorney Sweeny will be talking with the DNR next week about the letter of commitment requirements for the Camp Phillips Centre project. Donner said we want to make sure we have a complete application and that will depend on what is found with the letter of commitment. Zeyghami asked Donner to follow up on the wetland issue. Donner reported staff has been busy with the recent snow event. Sparks asked for a presentation to the Board and to the public on TIF #1 and TIF #2. Zeyghami asked for staff to provide some history on the TIF’s. It was indicated that there would be a presentation at the next CDA meeting. 18. Clerks Weinkauf said December 1st was the first day to circulate nomination papers for the three open Trustee seats. The final day to file nomination papers is January 7th. 19.
