A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, October 23, 2017
called for six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal
Building, 255 Main Street, White Plains, NY, Mayor Roach presiding and the
following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian,
Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda.
This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing the application
submitted on behalf of the French-American School of New York requesting
Special Permits for (1) a "Private Secondary School," with associated parking
and athletic fields; and (2) accessory tennis court structures, and approving all
other actions necessary to implement the above approvals on property known as
336 Ridgeway.
On motion of Council President Kirkpatrick, seconded and duly carried, the
Common Council adjourned the meeting.

American School of New York, to construction a Private Secondary School with

known as 336 Ridgeway.
