BOARD OF ALDERMEN
SPECIAL MEETING
July 25, 2011
6:00 PM
Board Present: Aldermen David Roggensees, Aldermen David Hemphill, Aldermen
Cindy Trapp, Mayor Tom Keltner, Aldermen Tim Magee, and Aldermen Bryan Vincent
and Aldermen Ed Simmons.
Staff Present: Dale Duvall, City Clerk and Karen Robson, Chief Financial Officer.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Keltner.
Mayor Tom Keltner called the meeting to order.
Roll Call: Aldermen David Roggensees-present, Aldermen David Hemphill-present,
Aldermen Cindy Trapp-present, Mayor Tom Keltner-present, Aldermen Tim Magee-
present, Aldermen Bryan Vincent-present and Aldermen Ed Simmons-present.
Motion made by Alderman Simmons and seconded by Alderman Roggensees to
adjourn the open session and go into executive session to discuss personnel. Aldermen
Simmons-Aye; Aldermen Trapp-Aye; Aldermen Roggensees-Aye; Aldermen Hemphill-
Aye; Aldermen Vincent-Aye; and Aldermen Magee-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried.
Adjourn Executive Meeting
Motion made by Aldermen Simmons and seconded by Aldermen Roggensees to
adjourn the executive session, go into open session and close the open session.
Alderman Roggensees-Aye; Aldermen Hemphill-Aye; Aldermen Trapp-Aye;
Aldermen Simmons-Aye; Aldermen Magee-Aye; and Aldermen Vincent-Aye. All
votes aye. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
