CITY OF WILLARD PLANNING & ZONING NOVEMBER 25TH, 2008 7:00 P.M. Commission present: Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft; Vice Chairmen, Lucille Murray; Charlie Gugel; and Robert Taylor. Chairmen, Dale Duvall; Bradley Dalton and Valorie Simpson were not present. Also in attendance: City Clerk, Kathy Blakemore; Community Relations Officer/Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould; Director of Development, Randy Brown; Director of Parks & Recreations, Kevin McDonald; and City Attorney, Doug Harpool. Guest present: Joseph M. Hestand. Vice Chairmen, Lucille Murray called the meeting to order. Minutes 10/28/08 Motion made by Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft with second by Charlie Gugel to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on October 28th, 2008. Charlie Gugel-I; Robert Taylor-I; Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft-I; and Lucille Murray-I. All votes yes. Motion carried. Citizens Input None Final Plat Sunset Meadows Motion made by Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft with second by Robert Taylor to recommend approval to the Board of Aldermen that the Final Plat of Sunset Meadows be approved. Charlie Gugel-I; Robert Taylor-I; Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft-I; and Lucille Murray-I. All votes yes. Motion carried. Cross Connection Control for the Water System Planning & Zoning Minutes Page 1 of 2 November 25th, 2008 Motion made by Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft with second by Robert Taylor to recommend to the Board of Aldermen that the Cross Connection Control for the Water System be approved. Charlie Gugel-I; Robert Taylor-I; Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft-I; and Lucille Murray-I. All votes yes. Motion carried. (Public Hearing on this issue was conducted on October 28th, 2008) Airport District Regulations Motion made by Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft with second by Charlie Gugel to recommend to the Board of Aldermen that the Airport District Regulations be approved.
