ROGERS #7 RESOLVED, that the Regular Board Meetings of the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees will be held at 7:30pm on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, except for February 2020, when the regular meeting will be held on Monday February 24, 2020, and that the 2020 Re-Organization Meeting will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. Meetings will be held in the Williamsville Village Hall, 5565 Main Street with work session meeting discussions to be held at 6:00 p.m. ROGERS #8 RESOLVED, that Bridget Prichard of 53 Tillotson Place, Tonawanda, is hereby appointed Building and Zoning Clerk, at a rate of $16.48/hour, effective immediately. ROGERS #9 RESOLVED, that Change Order #5 for Milherst Construction, Inc. for the repair of concrete and asphalt driveways and the deduction of the final grading and seeding along with tree trimming on the Cadman Drive Road project #838, is hereby approved in the amount of $35,000.00. ETU #2 RESOLVED, that the Administrator is hereby authorized to publish legal notice of a public hearing to be held by the Village Board of Trustees at 7:30 pm on Monday, January 27, 2020, at Village Hall, 5565 Main St., Williamsville, NY for the purpose of hearing all those interested in commenting on a proposed amendment to Chapter 12 (Buildings, Demolition of, Blasting) of the Village Code regarding the demolition of potentially historic structures, including residential.
