Part-time for the Village Court, with a start date of August 13, 2021, at a rate of $17.00/hour.

RESOLVED, that Dawn Stover, the Marilla Court Clerk, is appointed to assist in the training of the
new Village of Williamsville court clerk, at a contracted rate of $18.50/hour.

RESOLVED, that the Village of Williamsville Board approves a mural for the DPW Building, of the
geometric design submitted by local artist, Nicole Cherry, at a cost not to exceed $5,100.00

WHEREAS, Contract #43, the Village of Williamsville 2021 Milling and Paving Project, was duly
advertised, and bids for the project were opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 19, 2021; and
WHEREAS, FIVE (5) bids were received for the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Contract #43 is hereby awarded to Occhino Corp. for their
low bid amount of $185,780.00

RESOLVED, that Richard Maddigan and Christopher Petrie of the Williamsville Fire
Department are hereby authorized to travel to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to attend the Paratech Auto
Extraction Training Expo 2021 from 9/14/21 – 9/16/21 at a cost not to exceed $1,327.00, to be paid by the
Village of Williamsville.
