Roll Call: Mayor Rogers Deputy Mayor Etu Trustee Hunt Trustee Sherman Trustee Torre III. Resolutions and Reports Resolution #1 RESOLVED, that the proposal from Wm. Schutt & Associates, PC, the Village’s Engineer of Record, for engineering services related to the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation projects, has been broken down into four (4) quarter sections; WHEREAS, the four (4) quarter sections breakdown as follows: Reist Sewershed $ 48,462.11 Long Sewershed $163,802.05 North Ellicott Sewershed $245,780.88 South Ellicott Sewershed $179,706.97 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, approval is being granted to Wm. Schutt Associates for engineering services for the total Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $637,752.00. IV. Adjournment
