Commission Meeting

October 5, 2022 A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on October 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the city Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bill Kary, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to approve the minutes of the Budget Hearing held on September 21, 2022 as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Kary and seconded Hedstrom to approve the minutes of the last regular meeting (9- 21-22) as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Kary to approve Bob Ell’s request to use the Memorial Hall for the 2022-2023 school archery program. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Hedstrom to approve closing Dakota Avenue off from 2nd Street to Railway Street at 4:30 pm on October 31, 2022 for the Trunk or Treat event. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Clausen, Kary, Hedstrom, Schacher and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Motion carried. With no other items for discussion Pres.
