Commission Meeting

December 7, 2022 A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on December 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the city Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to approve the minutes from November 16, 2022 meeting as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to advertise the cleaning position for the Memorial Hall at $20.00 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per month. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to approve the Sportsmen Bar liquor license transfer to the Memorial Hall on January 21, 2023 for the Delta Waterfowl banquet. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made Clausen and seconded by Schacher to approve the amendments to the Baptist Home Bonds as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. The bonds were originally approved in May 2016 and July 2017. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Clausen, Schacher, and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Absent: Comm. Kary and Hedstrom. Motion carried. With no other items for discussion Pres.
