Commission Meeting

April 5, 2023 A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on April 5, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bill Kary, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to approve the minutes from March 15, 2023 meeting as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Kary to approve the agenda with the addition of Snow Emergency under New Business. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Hedstrom to approve the Sportsmen’s Bar liquor license transfer to the Memorial Hall on April 7, 2023 for the Adult Retro Prom. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded by Clausen to approve paying the Refunding Improvement Bond of 2014 payment of $106,975.00, Refunding Improvement Bond of 2013 payment of $59,185.00 and the Water and Sewer Bond of 2006 payment of $11,505.00. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Clausen, Kary, Hedstrom, Schacher, and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Motion carried. At this time Pres. Domonoske-Kellars emergency pager went off and the meeting was handed over to Comm. Clausen. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded by Schacher to approve the 2021 Audit report as presented by Brady Martz and Associates. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded by Schacher to apply for the Snow Removal Assistance Program. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded from Hedstrom to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Kary, Hedstrom, Schacher and Clausen. Absent: Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Motion carried. With no other items for discussion, Comm.
