Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Members Present: Mayor Kristine Lott, Deputy Mayor Thomas Renner, Councilor Aurora Hurd, Councilor Charles Judge, Councilor Bryn Oakleaf Officers Present: Elaine Wang, City Manager; Angela Aldieri, Finance Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Jon Rauscher, Director of Public Works; Jenny Willingham, City Clerk; Eric Vorwald, Director of Planning & Zoning, Jazmine Hurley, Housing Initiative Director and John Audy, Fire Chief II. Discussion: Annual Policy Strategies and Priorities Minutes: Mayor Lott introduced this annual Policy Strategies and Priorities session. The goal is to ensure the Council and Leadership Team are aligned with our vision and the impact on affordability and “Getting on the Same Page” with our Master Plan. The two key questions were: Is the Municipal tax property tax contributing to unaffordability to a problematic extent? Minutes: Discussion ensued from the Council and the City Leadership Team on this question. Do we need to change our plans for debt? Minutes: Discussion ensued from the Council and the City Leadership team regarding the City debt. X. Adjourn A motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Hurd, seconded by Councilor Judge.
