Public Comment Ashley Lucht inquired as to what the Public Works Commission role is? Role includes briefings on current and upcoming project plans, project updates, city updates, CCRPC outreach, codes and standards review, review of paving inventory, analysis and approval of DPW budgets, fiscal year and future goal setting, communications outreach, feedback to city council, outreach and technical advisory. R 3. Approve Previous Meeting Minutes No quorum at this time to approve past minutes 4. Introductions To New City Council Liaison And To Chris Page Mike Myers is the new City Council member and Public Works Commission liaison. Chris Page is a potential new Public Works Commission member. 5. Department And City Updates D General Items: a. Tree ordinance review – Council review 4/15 – If enacted through City Council PWC would be acting Tree Committee until an official one is formed. b. Gotcha bikes/scooters – Council presentation 4/15 c. 2019 Summer Street paving bid - East Spring, Hood and Leclair d. UPWP grant application results - City is in partnership with VTRANS to receive an 80/20 grant e. Main and Mansion Street development – ROW review f. Industrial WW monitoring and billing framework Project Updates: A. Main Streets Revitalization Project Design review – kick -off meeting B. Myers Pool Bid received C. Headworks Upgrades No updates D.
