Box A * Withee, Wisconsin 54498 The Village of Withee Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Selection Committee met on March 28, 2022, in the Municipal Building, Conference Room at 4 p.m. for a meeting. ROLL CALL President Lindgren called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by BIL Selection Committee members Everett Lindgren, Troy Hatlestad, and John Frankewicz. Clerk Niemi recorded the minutes. Also present was Cindy Cardinal. REVIEW OF STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS AND ENGINEERING FIRM SELECTION Sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) were received and opened from Cedar Corporation and Cooper Engineering. A letter declining to submit was received from MSA Professional Services. The committee members compared the two SOQs, scoring on overall approach to the project, related project experience, knowledge of assigned personnel, resources to complete project, and firm’s experience with the Village. A Hatlestad/Frankewicz motion recommend selecting Cedar Corporation to the Village Board carried with all ayes. A Frankewicz/Hatlestad motion to adjourn at 4:30 p.m. carried with all ayes.
