Box A * Withee, Wisconsin 54498 The Withee Village Board met on November 30, 2022, in the Municipal Building, Conference Room for a Budget Hearing. ROLL CALL President Lindgren called the meeting to order at 7 pm. Roll call was answered by Trustees Lindgren, Shelton, Kalepp, and Frankewicz. Trustee Gehrke was absent. Clerk Niemi recorded the meeting. Also, present was Cindy Cardinal. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING A Kalepp/Frankewicz motion to open the budget public hearing carried with all ayes. COMMUNITY INPUT There was no community input. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING A Shelton/Kalepp motion to close the public hearing carried with all ayes. FINALIZATION OF THE 2023 BUDGET A Frankewicz/Kalepp motion to finalize the 2023 budget as presented carried with all ayes. MOTION TO ACCEPT THE 2023 BUDGET A Shelton/Kalepp motion to accept the 2023 budget as presented carried with all ayes. A Kalepp/Shelton motion to adjourn at 7:15 pm carried with all ayes.
