Box A * Withee, Wisconsin 54498 The Withee Village Board met on November 30, 2023, in the Municipal Building, Conference Room for a Budget Hearing. ROLL CALL President Lindgren called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Roll call was answered by Trustees Lindgren, Shelton, Kalepp, and Mueller. Trustee Frankewicz was absent. Clerk Niemi recorded the meeting. Also, present was Cindy Cardinal. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING A Kalepp/Mueller motion to open the budget public hearing carried with all ayes. COMMUNITY INPUT There was no community input. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING A Kalepp/Mueller motion to close the public hearing carried with all ayes. FINALIZATION OF THE 2024 BUDGET The proposed budget was amended since publication as the Tax Incremental District income was lower than predicted due to TID #1 closing. A Shelton/Kalepp motion to finalize the 2024 budget as presented carried with all ayes. MOTION TO ACCEPT THE 2024 BUDGET A Kalepp/Mueller motion to accept the 2024 budget as presented with a Village tax levy of $134, 918 carried with all ayes.
