Box A * Withee, Wisconsin 54498 The Withee Village Board met on April 30, 2025 at 7 pm. in the Municipal Building Conference Room for the Organizational meeting. President Klabon called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by Trustees Klabon, Shelton, Amacher, Kroeplin, and Kalepp. Clerk Niemi recorded the meeting. Also present was Cindy Cardinal. There was no community input. President Klabon’s Appointments for the April 2025-2026 term were: Village Attorney Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth Building and Zoning Administrator Derek Schad/Ellen Niemi Sewer Commission Derek Schad/Larry Klabon O-W-C Fire & EMS District Larry Klabon/Randy Shelton Clark Co Economic Development Nancy Amacher O-W Police Dept Joint Finance Committee Larry Klabon/Randy Shelton/Susan Kalepp Director of Public Works Derek Schad Library Board William Kroeplin Village Clerk Ellen Niemi President Pro Tem Randy Shelton Cemetery Association Larry Klabon An Amacher/Kalepp motion to accept President Klabon’s appointments as listed above carried with all ayes. President Klabon’s Appointment to the Planning Commission is Terry Pawlukiewicz. A Kroeplin/Shelton motion to accept President Klabon’s appointment carried with all ayes. President Klabon’s Appointments to the Board of Appeals are Cheryl Purdy and Chris Lulloff. A Kalepp/Amacher motion to accept President Klabon’s appointments carried with all ayes. President Klabon’s Appointments to the Library Board are Susan Koltis and Linda Barna. A Shelton/Kroeplin motion to accept President Klabon’s appointments carried with all ayes.
