I stated that because of the impact of the virus, I believe that there could be a short fall in our present budget. In order to try to minimize the expected impact, I am proposing the following: 1. We will offer to re- employ individuals with the costs as follows: A. The Main Street Director and the Recreation staff will be paid out of funds in the Hotel and Motel account. This will amount to approximately $ 45, 000 for the rest of this fiscal year. B. Part time staff will be paid out of the same account at a cost of approximately $ 30, 000. C. The remaining personnel will be rehired at a cost of approximately 138, 000 with the funds being charged to the City' s General Employees PEST Account. I am presenting this for your approval. The majority of these individuals will start on May 6th with the Jackie Cooper Gym and Yukon Community Center opening 15th. on May Thank you. P. O.
